To welcome 2020, Timbers Kiawah – Ocean Club & Residences hosted its second annual Oyster Roast & BBQ on January 1. “This year’s oyster roast was even bigger than last year, with well over 65 Owners attending,” said Timbers Kiawah’s Chef Teddy. “On top of the raw and roasted oysters, we added a selection of our house-smoked meats, a grilling station with burgers, dogs and mahi-mahi and Chef Bobby’s award-winning Crème Brulee.”
