Enjoyed in the clubhouse upon arrival to Timbers Kiawah on Saturday afternoons, Chef Teddy’s sweet peach tea has become an evocative warm welcome to Owners at our Lowcountry residence club. Enjoy the version with spirits—or without—to savor a taste of Timbers Kiawah from home.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
16 oz. blended tea (two parts peach tea, one part black tea)
2 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. Canon CAP Vodka

Directions
Brew two parts peach tea and one part black tea. Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a 12-oz. Collins glass.
